We went to Mr. BBQ in Fullerton thinking it was a weekday and there shouldn’t be a wait.
Wrong! We were hungry and didn’t want to spend an hour just waiting.
So we decided to try K3grill Korean BBQ in Brea.

This is the last new year we will have as a couple alone.
(Yay! Baby coming in January!!👶 )
So we wanted to go out for dinner to somewhere nice, but not too expensive.
We didn’t want restaurants with pricey prix fixe New Year’s Eve menu.
We didn’t want trendy and crazy party places.
So we found Mulberry Street Ristorante.

這是我們最後一個兩人世界的新年,
(耶!一月份就要跟寶寶見面囉!👶 )
所以想找個好吃,有氣氛,又不會太貴的餐廳。
我們不想要去那種有很貴的跨年夜定食晚餐的餐廳,
也不想要去很受歡迎人會很多很擠的那種餐廳,

I was looking for a healthy option for lunch, and found the newly opened Cava Grill.
This is a build-your-own kind of eatery with Meditarrean food.
It was my first time there, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant was open and bright.

想找一個健康點的地方吃午餐,找到了這家新開張不久的Cava Grill,
這是那種依照自己喜好加自己喜歡東西的餐廳,地中海料理口味,
我是第一次來,服務人員馬上詳細解說該如何點菜,

From Lu Gi to Ah-Lien. From San Gabriel, Temple City, Rowland Heights, to Irvine.
I’ve been eating Mr. Lu’s hot pot for 20 years!
To this day, this is still my favorite hot pot.

從以前的盧記吃到現在的阿蓮,從聖蓋博,天普市,羅蘭岡吃到爾灣,
我已經吃了盧老闆的麻辣鍋20年了,
