We are always in the mood for spicy Szechuan food.
We decided to try a new place – Spicy Moment.
This restaurant’s specialty is Szechuan dry pot.

The waiter brought us a big jar instead of two glasses.
We started the meal with cold noodle with shredded chicken.
The sauce was very tasty. We love the thin cold noodle.
There are a lot of choices for dry pot. We got the pork intestine one.
You can pick either soft intestine or crispy intestine. We got the crispy.
Then for flavor, there are hot and spicy, numbing spicy, and sour spicy.
For spiciness, there are mild, medium, spicy, and stupid spicy.
We opted for numbing spicy and medium.
We love the flavor of the dry pot. Lots of vegetables.
I especially like the soft potatoes. Dr. P loves the crunchy celery.
The intestine was cooked perfectly. Crispy and still have that chewy texture.
We would definitely come back for more dry pot.
Numbing Spicy Fish was truly numbing and spicy.
It was good, but very very spicy.
The fish was soft and very fresh.
There were some bean sprouts underneath the fish.
Very good with rice.
We love the food at Spicy Moment, especially their dry pot.
