I got a cold. 😪
What to eat when you have a cold?
Chicken noodle soup of course.
And we are having it Korean style.
The restaurant is huge!
We were seated promptly, and the waitstaff was very polite.
This sign was posted on the wall. You can order extra noodle for free.
Two kinds of kimchi were served. Spicy kimchi and sour white kimchi.
Dr. P loves both kimchi. Their spicy kimchi tastes strong.
I saw other people adding the kimchi to their noodle soup.
If you like the soup to be spicy, that’s the way to do it.
Throughout our meal, the waiter came by a few times with small buckets of kimchi to refill for us.
Pork dumplings had a really thin wrapper.
The filling was pork and garlic chives.
Comparing to Chinese dumplings, the Korean version had a lot more meat.
It was delicious.
Kalguksu, Korean chicken noodle soup, is what the restaurant is known for.
The noodle was soft. The pork dumplings in the soup was delicious.
Love the light and flavorful broth. It really soothed my throat.
There are also ground chicken meat and vegetables in the soup.
Portion was quite big. This was enough for 2 meals for me.
But if you can eat a lot, don’t forget to ask for the free noodle refill.
We really like the dumpling and noodles soup from this restaurant.
The food was hearty and tastes like homemade food.
