Fukada

When we feel like having udon, Fukada is our first choice.

每次想吃烏龍麵,第一選擇就是Fukada。

Fukada

We came on a Thursday night for dinner.
The restaurant was busy, but had a few empty tables.
There were a lot of people waiting, but the waitress did not seat anyone at the empty tables.
People asked for their checks and boxes, but the waitress never returned to the tables.
At one point, a chef came out from the kitchen to help bringing checks and boxes to people.
Maybe they should train their waitresses to be more efficient.

我們是星期四晚上來吃晚餐,
餐廳蠻忙碌的,但是有好幾桌空桌,
很多人在等位,但是服務生跑來跑去就是不理等位的客人,
就讓這些桌子空著也不讓人入座,
有些已經用餐完的客人問服務生要帳單和盒子,
服務生也都沒反應,大家就這麼乾等著,
後來有位廚師從廚房出來幫忙拿帳單和盒子給客人,
覺得他們應該多訓練服務生可以更有效率的工作才是。

Fukada Chicken Wings

The chicken wings is made to order, and it takes 20 minutes.
The lightly fried wings were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
The wings doesn’t have much flavor. The seasoning was in the sauce.
The sauce was slightly sweet. Pretty good.

烤雞翅是現點現做,需要20分鐘才會做好,
稍微炸過的雞翅外皮脆脆的,裡面的肉還是很嫩又多汁,
雞翅本身沒有什麼調味,味道都是在醬汁裡,
醬汁稍微偏甜,還算不錯吃。

Fukada Sansai Udon
Sansai Udon

Our favorite dish from Fukada is the Sansai Udon.
Chewy udon noodle in a clear vegetable broth with assorted Japanese mountain vegetables.
I really love their udon noodle. It was cooked perfectly.

我們在Fukada最喜歡的菜色就是野菜烏龍麵,
彈牙的烏龍麵配上純淨的蔬菜高湯和日式山林野菜,
真的好愛他們的烏龍麵,煮得好棒。

Fukada Spicy Tuna Don
Spicy Tuna Don

Dr. P ordered the Spicy Tuna Don with the udon dinner combo.
He said the spicy tuna don wasn’t as good that night.
It came out too warm and with too much mayonnaise.

公園先生在他的烏龍麵套餐中選了辣鮪魚蓋飯,
他說這天晚上的蓋飯沒那麼好吃,
辣鮪魚溫度太熱,而且美乃滋加太多。

Fukada Tendoji Don
Tendoji Don

I ordered Tendoji Don with my combo.
It’s shrimp tempura and egg cooked together over rice.
The sauce was a bit too salty, but still pretty good.

我的套餐配飯選了炸蝦蓋飯,
炸蝦和蛋一起炒的蓋飯,
醬汁的味道有點過鹹,不過還算好吃。

I miss Fukada’s udon already!

已經開始想念Fukada的烏龍麵囉~
